Right now biggest priority should be fixing the supply issue than we will see publishers leave behind last generation consoles. GoW and Horizon are PS4 games with enhanced PS5 ports, so no they will not showcase anything in terms of pushing the PS5. So yeah it is a stretch to think any cross gen game would not automatically be aimed at the least common denominator and improved after that. The Switch much closer to the base PS4 than the the PS4 is to PS5 afterall. If that were not the case, every newer gen 8 game would have a Switch port at this point, since downscaling is so easy.
